Positive reinforcement is the key to instil the desired behaviour in the learners. A ‘Smiley’ is given to a learner to applaud desirable behaviours like helping others, sharing, taking care of the environment working well as a team or showing emotional control. After acquiring 5 Smileys, the learners qualify to earn an ‘I Did my Best’ Smiley badge; and on acquiring 50 smileys collectively in the two terms during a session the learners are eligible for a ‘Feel Proud Card’.

Whenever a learner exhibits any desirable behaviour such as switching off lights when not in use, practicing an attitude of gratitude etc., teachers use iCARE Form as an incentive to encourage good behaviour.

On this day, every child right from classes Pre-Nursery to III is recognized for his/her special quality by participating in an extravaganza on a certain theme.
Thursday Special - A unique best practice at DLF where every Thursday learners are encouraged to bring a favourite recipe of the seasonal fruit and vegetable as per the decided Thursday Special item. This not only inculcates a habit of eating healthy food together but also creates awareness amongst learners about the nutritional value of various food items that are important for staying healthy.
